De Teltonika RUT286 without PSU is een industriële LTE Cat 4 router voor wereldwijde IoT- en M2M-toepassingen. De router maakt gebruik van een Telit Cat 4 modem en ondersteunt 4G LTE Cat 4 tot 150 Mbps download en 50 Mbps upload, met 3G- en 2G-terugval. Voor industriële integratie beschikt de RUT286 over RS232- en RS485-interfaces met ondersteuning voor protocollen zoals Modbus, DNP3 en DLMS. De router ondersteunt daarnaast Wi-Fi 4, twee 10/100 Mbps Ethernetpoorten, twee Mini SIM-slots en één eSIM met maximaal zeven eSIM-profielen. Met 9–57 VDC ingangsspanning, actieve PoE via 802.3af en passieve PoE is dit model geschikt voor professionele installaties waar mobiele connectiviteit, seriële communicatie en flexibele voeding samenkomen.

LTE Cat 4 router positionering voor industriële IoT- en M2M-toepassingen

De RUT286 is ontwikkeld voor industriële omgevingen waarin mobiele datacommunicatie, seriële koppelingen en netwerkbeheer samenkomen. De datasheet positioneert de router voor energy & utilities, enterprise, industrial & automation, retail en smart city. De combinatie van global LTE via een Telit Cat 4 modem, RS232/RS485, Modbus, DNP3, DLMS en actieve of passieve PoE maakt de router geschikt voor installaties waar veldapparatuur, meters, besturingen of netwerkcomponenten via mobiele connectiviteit worden ontsloten. De uitvoering “without PSU” wordt geleverd als standaardpakket zonder voedingsadapter, waardoor deze variant aansluit op installaties waarin de voeding via industriële DC-aansluiting of PoE wordt ingericht.

RUT286 technologie, interfaces en industriële integratie

De Teltonika RUT286 combineert mobiele LTE Cat 4-connectiviteit met industriële interfaces en routerfunctionaliteit op RutOS. De router ondersteunt 2 x RJ45 Ethernetpoorten van 10/100 Mbps, waarvan één WAN-poort en één LAN-poort, beide met IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u en 802.3az ondersteuning. Voor draadloze connectiviteit ondersteunt het apparaat 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi 4 in Access Point-, Client-, Mesh- en Multi-AP-modus. Seriële integratie verloopt via RS232 en half-duplex RS485, met functies zoals console, Serial over IP, modem, Modbus gateway en NTRIP Client. De interne microSD-ondersteuning tot 2 TB en protocollen zoals Modbus, DNP3, DLMS/COSEM, OPC UA en BACnet maken de router geschikt voor industriële datakoppelingen en veldintegratie.

RUT286 beheer en configuratie

Voor beheer en configuratie ondersteunt de RUT286 Web UI via HTTP/HTTPS, FOTA, SSH, SMS, Call, Email, TR-069, MQTT, SNMP, JSON-RPC en RMS. Via Teltonika Remote Management System kunnen firmware en configuratie voor meerdere apparaten tegelijk worden bijgewerkt. De router ondersteunt ook firmware-updates via bestand, servercontrole, configuratieprofielen, configuratieback-up en update zonder verlies van bestaande instellingen. Daarmee sluit de RUT286 aan op beheerprocessen waarin lokale configuratie, remote management, firmwarebeheer en monitoring centraal worden georganiseerd.
