A safer Rotterdam through provided mission critical push-to-talk solution for Stadsmariniers<\/h2>\n\n \n

The Stadsmariniers District “Centrum” of the municipality of Rotterdam was looking for a two-way radio system for chain partners in the Centrum area. Business Challenge<\/h3>\n

One of the most obvious methods by which Rotterdam combats insecurity is the use of Stadsmariniers. And with success. They are a kind of “super officials,” specially appointed by the board of mayors and aldermen to solve persistent safety problems in certain areas. “Each district of Rotterdam is represented by a Stadsmarinier. With the push of a button, communication is possible with all employees, no matter where they are. Especially when it comes to information sharing, briefing and being able to quickly switch between these parties on the street. Increasing capacity at a large-scale event<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Rotterdam, like no other city, has large-scale events such as the marathon, Summer Carnival but also a Black Friday create more challenges in the city in terms of safety. To temporarily expand capacity and increase collaborations between private and public companies, Flash also offers a rental fleet of more than 26,000 two-way radios, mobile two-way radios, fixed mobile radios, smartphones and tablets.
