Before you return the device, you need certify that you have performed at least the following actions: You have tried to get the device working by: – Performing a reset; – Installing the latest available firmware. How does the RMA procedure work at Capestone?<\/p>\n <\/i>\n <\/div>\n

If you notice a defect in an appliance you bought from us, you can return it, provided it meets the conditions.\u202fIf your product belongs to one of the brands: Cradlepoint, Huawei and Teltonika, Capestone fulfills the handling. Please follow the instructions on the RMA form. Then our engineers will check what is wrong with the product.\u202fIf the product shows a defect, you will receive a new product from us. If the product is not defective after all, we will have to charge you \u20ac 25.00 for the investigation and \u20ac 12.00 for administration and shipping costs. For other brands, the manufacturer will take care of the processing. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n

What is the difference between the 5G frequency bands?<\/p>\n <\/i>\n <\/div>\n

For mobile networks, low frequency bands such as the 700MHz and 1400Mhz have a greater range than the mid-band frequencies of 3.5GHz and the higher frequency bands such as the 26GHz.
