Teltonika Networks RUTM20 – Compact industrial 5G router for IoT and industrial IoT
The Teltonika RUTM20 is an ultra-compact industrial 5G router designed for applications where reliable mobile connectivity, limited installation space and scalability are key. With support for 5G Sub-6 GHz, dual SIM and integrated eSIM, the RUTM20 is suitable for modern IoT and IIoT deployments in retail, transportation, surveillance and industrial automation, among others.

The RUTM20 is positioned as a compact but full-featured 5G edge router for industrial and commercial applications. The router supports 5G SA and NSA (3GPP Release 16) and is equipped with a global Telit 5G modem, enabling deployment in international environments.
Dual SIM (2× SIM) and eSIM support allows easy switching between operators, automatically or remotely, contributing to high availability and lower operating costs. The integrated Active PoE input and output allows power and data to be supplied over a single cable or looped through to connected devices.
Design and assembly for space-saving installations
The Teltonika RUTM20 has a compact industrial design with a robust anodized aluminum housing. With dimensions of 100 × 30 × 93.7 mm, the router is suitable for installations where space is limited, such as POS systems, vehicles, control cabinets and camera housings.
Mounting is possible via DIN rail, wall mounting or placement on a flat surface (mounting kits available separately). Status LEDs provide at-a-glance visibility of mobile connection, signal strength, LAN status and power supply.
Performance and hardware
The RUTM20 is equipped with a MediaTek dual-core processor (880 MHz) and features 256 MB of DDR3 RAM and 256 MB of NAND flash. This hardware configuration is tuned for stable router performance and simultaneous running of comprehensive network, security and management services within RutOS.
Among other things, the router supports advanced routing, firewalling, VPN tunnels and industrial protocol integrations without relying on external appliances.

At the mobile level, the RUTM20 supports:
