The RUT145 is equipped with a native RS485 multi-drop interface, allowing multiple devices to be connected and managed via a single bus. This makes the router ideally suited for applications in manufacturing, energy management, building automation, and industrial sensor networks.
The router supports industrial protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT, OPC UA and BACnet, allowing data to be easily collected, converted and transmitted to cloud platforms or local servers.

The Teltonika RUT145 offers a wide range of networking and security features, including VPN support (OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard), firewall configurations, VLANs and comprehensive access control. In addition, the router supports up to 50 simultaneous Wi-Fi users, including WPA3 security and features such as Wi-Fi Mesh and Fast Roaming – ideal for dynamic industrial environments.

With RutOS’ Data to Server tool, the RUT145 can collect, convert and securely transmit industrial data to cloud platforms such as AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub or Cumulocity. The router supports multiple protocols, including HTTP(S), MQTT and Modbus, for flexible integration with existing systems.
Combined with Teltonika RMS (Remote Management System), users can easily configure, maintain and monitor devices remotely, increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs.

The Teltonika RUT145 has a robust aluminum housing (IP30) and is designed for continuous use in harsh environments. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +75°C and supply voltage of 9-30V DC, this router offers maximum reliability in a variety of industrial applications.
The device is DIN-rail mountable and supports passive PoE power, making installation fast and flexible.
