The Teltonika FTC927 is a next-generation 4G LTE Cat 1 vehicle GPS tracker for professional vehicle tracking, fleet telematics and location-based applications. This model combines LTE Cat 1, GSM, GPRS, GNSS and Bluetooth® LE with dead reckoning and improved GNSS accuracy. The tracker supports GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and BEIDOU, with 135 tracking and acquisition channels and a position accuracy of < 1.8 m CEP. The Teltonika FTC927 combines LTE Cat 1 mobile connectivity with GNSS, dead reckoning, Bluetooth® LE and vehicle I/O. The model variant FTC927-QJAB0 uses the EG915U-EU module, while the FTC927-QKAB0 is equipped with the EG915U-LA module. For mobile networks, the tracker supports LTE Cat 1 and GSM, with LTE FDD Cat 1 data rates of up to 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. GNSS specifications include GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and BEIDOU, 135 tracking and acquisition channels and a position accuracy of < 1.8 m CEP. In addition, Bluetooth® 5.4 LE supports wireless pairing of external devices, including Low Energy beacons and sensors for monitoring temperature, humidity, magnet detection and motion.
FTC927 management and configuration
For configuration and firmware updates, the FTC927 supports FOTA WEB and the Teltonika Configuration Tool (TCT). FOTA WEB is described by Teltonika as a remote device management solution with multilevel account hierarchy, smart groups and schedules for automating firmware and configuration updates. In addition, the device supports SMS for configuration, DOUT control and debug, and GPRS commands for configuration, DOUT control and debug. Time synchronization is possible via GNSS, NITZ and NTP. Thus, the FTC927 connects to management processes in which configuration, firmware and device settings are managed locally or remotely.
