The Getac ZX10 is a 10-inch fully rugged Android tablet designed for intensive use in the field. With a slim, versatile design combined with AI-ready performance, the ZX10 is suitable for applications as diverse as remote guidance, video communication, information capture and digital forms. Running on Android™ 13, the tablet combines an intuitive user experience with enterprise-grade reliability for utilities, field service, logistics, public safety and industrial environments. Please note that production begins after purchase; production lead time is approximately 18 business days and delivery time is typically 6-8 weeks.

The ZX10 is designed as a powerful workday solution that pairs the flexibility of Android with a rugged body. The tablet is suitable for capturing and processing data on the go, performing inspections and supporting employees with real-time information. The broad Android app ecosystem makes integration with existing field and enterprise applications easy.
Precise input with hard tip stylus
The Getac ZX10 comes standard with a hard tip stylus specially designed for accurate and reliable input in the field. This stylus makes it easy to fill out digital forms, signatures, tap inspection points or annotate details on drawings and photographs.
Combined with the LumiBond touchscreen, the stylus remains responsive under challenging conditions, such as rain, cold or when users are wearing gloves. This makes the ZX10 particularly suitable for applications where precision is essential, such as inspections, asset recording, GIS work and technical documentation.
For organizations that need even finer-grained input, the ZX10 is also expandable with a digitizer solution, making the tablet also usable for detailed professional-level drawing and writing work.
Full-shift reliability and AI efficiency
The ZX10 delivers performance that supports a full shift. With standard full-shift battery life and optional higher-capacity batteries, the tablet is deployable for long workdays. Thanks to a dual hot-swappable battery design, the battery (optional) can be changed without downtime.
Under the hood, the ZX10 employs the Qualcomm QCS6490 processor and an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU), which allows AI applications to run efficiently with optimized power consumption. This makes the ZX10 suitable for demanding tasks where reliability and power efficiency are crucial.
Hear it all, loud and clear
In noisy environments, audio is often a bottleneck. The ZX10 delivers industry-leading acoustic performance at volumes up to 90 dBA (under test conditions). This allows notifications, alarm signals and conversations to get through better in environments such as warehouses, workshops, on the road or in emergency services. This supports operational continuity and reduces miscommunication.
Built for seamless communications
The ZX10 supports dual SIM (1× physical SIM + 1× eSIM) for easy switching between carrier networks. Depending on configuration, 4G LTE is available with 4×4 MIMO for high data rates and stable WWAN connectivity. The tablet also supports private networks such as CBRS (US).
For local connectivity, the ZX10 features Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth® 5.2. Optional dedicated GPS (L1/L5) is available for accurate positioning, even in remote areas.
Superb interactive experience
For remote support, video chat and visual inspections, the ZX10 offers excellent camera and audio functionality. The combination of 8MP front camera and 16MP rear camera delivers high-quality photo and video recording. Dual integrated microphones filter out distracting background noise (e.g. sirens or power tools), while dual front speakers ensure clear communication.
Convenient versatility
The ZX10 helps teams work faster and more efficiently. Based on Getac’s LumiBond technology, the touchscreen offers a sunlight-readable experience with strong color, contrast and brightness. Operation is possible with stylus, gloves or bare fingers, even in rain or cold.
For additional functionality, extensions are available such as NFC, an integrated industrial barcode reader and a digitizer pen for precise input. An optional keyboard also allows the ZX10 to be used as a laptop-like workstation. Thanks to various straps/harness options and a slim chassis (under one inch), the device remains practical in daily use.
Enterprise-grade management
The ZX10 supports enterprise deployment and management, saving IT departments time through batch configurations and centralized policies. Consider device and system settings such as battery behavior, display, scanning, navigation, quick settings, app updates and the four programmable buttons. This can be done through OEMConfig or through Getac Management (optional).
Built-to-survive
The ZX10 is designed to survive in the field: IP66-certified(suitable for rain and high-pressure water jets), MIL-STD-810H and a 6-ft (1.8 m) drop rating. In addition, the tablet functions in temperatures ranging from -29°C to +63°C. This makes the ZX10 suitable for harsh industrial and outdoor environments where standard tablets fail.
Android Enterprise Recommended & long-term support
The ZX10 runs on Android™ 13 and has been verified by Google as an Android Enterprise Recommended Rugged Device. This includes:
- Minimum of 5 years of security updates
- Support for at least 3 Android OS versions over the lifecycle
- Strong security and privacy features for enterprise use
In addition, the ZX10 is Google ARCore-certified, allowing Augmented Reality applications to be easily deployed for workflow guidance, remote support, training and GIS visualization.
