With support for 5G, 4G LTE-Advanced Pro, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, the Digi TX40 offers exceptional performance and network flexibility. The device is ITxPT-certified, ensuring seamless integration with other vehicle systems such as dashcams, license plate readers, e-ticketing devices and vehicle computers. Thanks to dual SIM functionality, Digi’s patented SureLink® failover technology, and the ability to connect to public and private networks (such as FirstNet®, Verizon Frontline and T-Mobile Connecting Heroes), a stable connection is always guaranteed.
For management, the Digi TX40 comes standard with Digi Remote Manager®, part of the Digi 360 solution. This allows IT administrators to centrally configure, monitor and manage thousands of devices. With Digi TrustFence®, the highest level of cybersecurity is provided, supported by the FIPS 140-2 standard, which also makes this device compliant with the strictest government guidelines.
The Digi TX40 is designed with field reliability in mind: from advanced GNSS support with dead-reckoning for accurate positioning, to IP64 protection, shock and vibration resistance according to MIL-STD-810H, and an operating temperature as low as -34 °C to 74 °C. This makes this router the perfect choice for mission-critical applications in both urban and remote areas.
