The router features dual SIM functionality with Digi SureLink®, ensuring automatic failover and optimal uptime. The IX20 also excels in security, with Digi TrustFence® for device security, identity and data privacy, a comprehensive firewall, VPN capabilities and support for PCI and NERC-CIP environments.
Through Digi Remote Manager® (Digi RM) – part of the Digi 360 solution that comes standard – you can easily manage the IX20 remotely. This cloud platform provides complete visibility, configuration and monitoring, including OTA updates, so you can centrally manage both one and thousands of devices.
