Digi IX20 – Industrial LTE router with Digi 360 solution
The Digi IX20 is a robust and versatile LTE router designed for mission critical applications in industrial environments. This compact router provides reliable, secure and scalable mobile connectivity for industrial infrastructure, digital signage, payment terminals and kiosks, among others. With support for Digi CORE® plug-in LTE modems, the IX20 can be flexibly deployed for a variety of connectivity needs.
The router supports dual SIM functionality with Digi SureLink® for automatic failover and maximum uptime. Depending on the version chosen, the IX20 is equipped with LTE Cat 4 or LTE-Advanced Cat 7 and optional Wi-Fi (802.11ac). Thanks to Digi TrustFence®, the IX20 comes standard with a comprehensive security framework for secure data connections, encryption, firewall functionality and certificate management. This makes the router suitable for applications where data security is essential, such as in PCI or NERC-CIP environments.
The IX20 features two Ethernet ports, one serial RS-232 port and full support for Digi Remote Manager®. Through this cloud platform, the router can be easily configured, monitored and managed remotely, including firmware updates, logging and scripting. Digi WAN Bonding and Digi Containers further extend functionality with WAN aggregation and edge computing.
