The Digi IX20 WiFi & GPS is a powerful, versatile industrial LTE router specifically designed to provide enterprise networks with reliable, secure and flexible connectivity. The Digi IX20 uses a high-performance architecture with support for primary and automatic backup WAN connections over multi-carrier LTE. Thanks to dual SIM slots and the patented Digi SureLink® mechanism, redundant and continuous connectivity is guaranteed. This makes the IX20 ideally suited for industries where even short interruptions can lead to high costs or security risks.
The router features integrated Wi-Fi functionality (dual-band 802.11ac/n) and a powerful GNSS receiver for GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo, making it ideally suited to mobile environments and applications where location determination is essential. Examples include mobile equipment, field installation monitoring, telemetry or outdoor IoT solutions. In addition, FirstNet Capable™ models are available, also making this router a perfect fit for emergency communications requirements and support for emergency services and public safety.

For management, monitoring and large-scale deployment, the router comes standard with the Digi 360 solution. This package includes Digi Remote Manager® (Digi RM) – a powerful cloud-based platform that lets you manage, configure, schedule firmware updates, analyze events and perform proactive maintenance from one central dashboard. Out-of-band management via the RS-232 serial port and command-line interface is also possible, maintaining access to your systems even in the event of an outage on the primary network.
Future-proof and flexible in every application
The Digi IX20 offers plenty of flexibility thanks to a design that works with Digi CORE® plug-in LTE modems. This makes it easy to upgrade to a newer LTE standard without having to replace the entire router, saving significantly in cost and complexity.
In addition, Digi offers optional value-added services such as Digi Containers, which allow containerized applications to run securely on the router itself, and Digi WAN Bonding for WAN aggregation and instant failover across multiple connections.
