The “Comgate 5G Unlimited” for Germany data plan provides worry-free access to the mobile network in Germany. Capestone uses multiple mobile network providers. This allows your customers to get online worry-free with a 4G/5G router, 4G/5G MiFi or a 4G/5G USB dongle from Capestone.
Terms
- The SIM card will be activated on the order date.
- New customers pay the first month in advance in the form of a deposit, which is deducted from the last invoice upon cancellation of the subscription.
- Billing takes place over whole calendar months and is prorated for the month in which the sim is activated.
- For usage above the FUP, you will receive an email notification. Repeated violation of the FUP results in additional charges.

*Monthly fair-use policy
To ensure the affordability and availability of the solution, there is a fair-use policy of 1,000 GB, or 1 TB of data per month. There is no daily limit, but if consumption exceeds 1,000 GB per calendar month, you will receive an alert. Without adjusting data usage, this may result in the deactivation of the SIM card by the mobile network provider or by Capestone. Therefore, we recommend monitoring and limiting data usage in hardware, or purchasing multiple SIM cards to distribute data usage.
