Teltonika FTC134 – LTE Cat 1 GPS tracker with flexible inputs and improved GNSS accuracy
The Teltonika FTC134 is a new generation 4G LTE Cat 1 GPS tracker for vehicle tracking, trailer security, delivery services, international logistics, industrial machinery and electric vehicle management. This model combines LTE Cat 1, GSM, GPRS, GNSS and Bluetooth® Low Energy in one compact tracker. For position tracking, the FTC134 supports GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and BEIDOU, with 135 tracking and acquisition channels and a position accuracy of < 1.5 m CEP. The tracker features flexible, software-configurable pin assignment that can be set per scenario. With a 320 mAh Li-Ion backup battery, internal GNSS and high gain mobile antennas and USB Type-C, the FTC134 is aimed at vehicle solutions where accurate location data, flexible I/O and compact hardware come together.

FTC134 technology, interfaces and integration
The Teltonika FTC134 combines LTE Cat 1 mobile connectivity with multi-constellation GNSS and flexible vehicle interfaces. The FTC134-MDAB0 model variant uses the MeiG SLM336-E module, while the FTC134-MEAB0 is equipped with the MeiG SLM336-L module. For mobile networks, the tracker supports LTE Cat 1 and GSM, with LTE FDD data rates of up to 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. The pin assignment is software configurable, allowing the available digital inputs, digital outputs, analog inputs, 1-Wire and CAN functions to be selected per scenario. In addition, Bluetooth® Low Energy supports wireless pairing of external devices such as Low Energy beacons and sensors for monitoring temperature, humidity, magnet detection and motion.
FTC134 management and configuration
For configuration and firmware updates, the FTC134 supports FOTA WEB and the Telematics Configuration Tool (TCT). In addition, the device supports SMS for configuration, DOUT control and debug, and GPRS commands for configuration, DOUT control and debug. Time synchronization is possible via GNSS, NITZ and NTP. Thus, the FTC134 connects to management and configuration processes in which firmware, settings and diagnostics are performed via the aforementioned Teltonika tools and commands.
