The Siyata SD7 Ultra is a 5G mission critical PTT handset for push-to-talk over cellular with an integrated bodycam. The device combines 5G SA/NSA, dual SIM with 1 e-SIM and 1 nano-SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and extensive GNSS support in a compact rugged handset. In addition, the SD7 Ultra features a Sony 20 MP camera with 120° field of view, EIS and an LED ring for recording indication. The platform runs on Siyata customized Android 14 and features a Qualcomm 5G QCM6490 chipset, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The SD7 Ultra combines 5G SA/NSA cellular, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and multi-constellation GNSS in one rugged critical communications device. For positioning, the device supports GPS, GLONASS, BDS, NavIC, Galileo, QZSS and SBAS with L1 + L5. For accessory and peripheral integration, a USB Type-C waterproof connector, an M6 connector for external speaker, mic, earphone and UART, and charging pins on the battery are provided. The integrated bodycam, EIS and LED ring recording indicator add video functionality within the same device platform.
