Teltonika FMM230 – water-resistant 4G LTE Cat M1 tracker met IP67, flexibele inputs en Bluetooth® LE

De Teltonika FMM230 is een water-resistant 4G LTE Cat M1 tracker voor geavanceerde voertuig- en objecttracking in omgevingen waar stof, water en flexibele installatie belangrijk zijn. Dit model ondersteunt LTE CAT M1, NB-IoT, GSM/GPRS, GNSS en Bluetooth® LE, met 2G fallback voor mobiele datacommunicatie. De tracker beschikt over interne high gain GNSS- en mobiele antennes, configureerbare digitale, analoge, negatieve en impulsingangen, drie digitale uitgangen en een 170 mAh Li-Ion back-upbatterij. Dankzij de IP67-behuizing is de FMM230 beschermd tegen stof en bestand tegen water, waardoor het apparaat geschikt is voor toepassingen in onder meer landbouw, bouw, mijnbouw, watertransport, publieke diensten en zwaar transport. De combinatie van flexibele inputs, Bluetooth® LE en verschillende kabelopties maakt dit model inzetbaar binnen uiteenlopende fleetmanagement- en telematica-installaties.

4G LTE Cat M1 tracker positionering voor landbouw, bouw, watertransport en zwaar transport

De FMM230 is gepositioneerd als robuuste real-time tracking terminal voor voertuigen, machines en assets die onder zwaardere omstandigheden worden ingezet. De tracker combineert LTE Cat M1 en NB-IoT connectiviteit met fallback naar 2G, interne GNSS- en LTE-antennes, Bluetooth® LE en een IP67-geclassificeerde behuizing. In de bron worden toepassingen genoemd zoals agriculture, construction & mining, water transport, public services en heavy duty transport. Daarnaast ondersteunt de FMM230 impulsingangen voor nauwkeurige fuel flow meter data reading, wat relevant is voor machines met hoog brandstofverbruik zoals kranen, bouwvoertuigen, mijnbouwmachines en landbouwmaterieel. Daarmee sluit dit model aan op professionele telematica-oplossingen waar tracking, sensordata, brandstofmonitoring en bescherming tegen stof en water samenkomen.

FMM230 technologie, interfaces en integratie

De FMM230 combineert mobiele LTE CAT M1/NB-IoT/GSM-connectiviteit met GNSS, Bluetooth® LE en flexibele voertuiginterfaces. Voor positionering ondersteunt de tracker GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BEIDOU, QZSS en AGPS, met 33 tracking channels, 99 acquisition channels en een position accuracy van < 2.5 m CEP. Voor integratie met voertuigen en machines beschikt het model over 3 digitale ingangen, 1 negatieve ingang, 2 impulsingangen, 3 digitale uitgangen, 2 analoge ingangen, 1 CAN Adapter Input en 1-Wire. Bluetooth® LE maakt koppeling mogelijk met onder meer Temperature and Humidity sensor, OBDII dongle, Inateck Barcode Scanner en Universal Bluetooth® LE sensors. Hierdoor kan de FMM230 worden toegepast in projecten waarin tracking, voertuigstatus, sensordata en brandstofinformatie samenkomen.

FMM230 beheer en configuratie

Voor configuratie en firmwarebeheer ondersteunt de FMM230 FOTA Web, FOTA en Teltonika Configurator via USB en Bluetooth® wireless technology. Daarnaast noemt de datasheet de FMBT mobile application voor configuratie. De tracker ondersteunt SMS voor Configuration, Events, DOUT control en Debug, plus GPRS commands voor Configuration, DOUT control en Debug. Tijdsynchronisatie is beschikbaar via GNSS, NITZ en NTP. Daarmee kan de FMM230 lokaal en op afstand worden geconfigureerd binnen professionele fleetmanagement- en telematica-omgevingen.
